Cancellation/No Show Policy

We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; we request a 24 hour notice to cancel or reschedule your service. If you do not cancel within 24 hours or fail to show up for your scheduled appointment a fee of 100% of the scheduled service will be charged.

We will require a credit card on file for all bookings.

Arrival

We recommend you arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Please be aware that if you arrive late to your appointment, we may have to shorten the length of your service to accommodate our next guest.

Please silence your cell phone upon arrival as to not disrupt the services of our other guests.

Parking

Metered parking is available outside the shops on Beverly Road. and in the parking lot on Overlook Drive Surrounding Streets offer parking at 2-3 hour intervals. Please allow time for parking as this is a busy business district.
